Attempted Homicide In Fayette Co. Under Investigation

GERMAN TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- State police are investigating an attempted homicide in German Township, Fayette County.David and Leslie Hickle told police four men wearing dark clothes and ski masks kicked open the front door of their Denney Road home at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday.The intruders then went into the Hickle’s bedroom and exchanged gunfire with the couple, police said.
The Hickles were not injured, but it was unknown if the intruders were wounded, police said.Anyone with information is asked to call Uniontown state police at 724-439-7111.
