The city of Pittsburgh's Zambelli fireworks and laser display starts at 9:35 p.m. over the Allegheny River on the North Shore.

North Shore: Three Rivers Regatta events: Picnic-style party and BMX Stunt Show on Clemente Bridge; Soul Asylum and Chris Higbee concerts at Heinz Field; speedboat and jet ski races on Allegheny River.Heinz Field: Free concert - Povertyneck Hillbillies at 8 p.m. The Stickers open at 6:30. Beer, soft drinks and festival foods will be sold. Watch the city's fireworks from the Great Lawns, South Plaza or East and West rotundas.West Homestead: Street Jam at The Waterfront (July 3) - 6 pm, on the streets of Waterfront shopping center, next to Bar Louie and Red Hot & Blue. California Celebration will be centered at Roadman Park on Route 88 next to California University of Pennsylvania's Adamson Stadium. Hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Admission is free. Visitors may bring picnics or purchase food and nonalcoholic beverages at the concession stand. Rock and blues music begins at 7 p.m. with Brother Jeep and the M.V. Express.
