The city of Pittsburgh's Zambelli fireworks and laser display starts at 9:35 p.m. over the Allegheny River on the North Shore.
Bethel Park/Upper St. Clair: Dusk in the Port Authority's upper parking lot at South Hills Village
Brentwood: at 9:30 p.m. in Brentwood Park
California Dusk at Roadman Park
Canonsburg: 9:30 p.m. at Canon-MacMillan High School
Crafton: 9:30 p.m. at Community Park on Steuben Street
Dormont: 9:30 p.m. at Dormont Park
Hampton: 10 p.m. at Hampton Community Park
Indiana - 9:30 p.m. at Mack Park Fairgrounds
Jefferson: 9:45 p.m. at Jefferson Fire Hall
Latrobe: 9:30 p.m. at Legion Keener Park
Leetsdale: 9 p.m. at Quaker Valley High School
Ligonier: 10 p.m. at Idlewild Park

West Mifflin: 9:30 p.m. at Kennywood Park

Other Local July 4th Events

North Shore: Three Rivers Regatta events: Picnic-style party and BMX Stunt Show on Clemente Bridge; Soul Asylum and Chris Higbee concerts at Heinz Field; speedboat and jet ski races on Allegheny River.

Heinz Field: Free concert - Povertyneck Hillbillies at 8 p.m. The Stickers open at 6:30. Beer, soft drinks and festival foods will be sold. Watch the city's fireworks from the Great Lawns, South Plaza or East and West rotundas.

West Homestead: Street Jam at The Waterfront (July 3) - 6 pm, on the streets of Waterfront shopping center, next to Bar Louie and Red Hot & Blue. Music by Bon Jovi tribute band "Bon Journey" and Joe Grushecky and the Houserockers. Outdoor food and beverage booths from Waterfront restaurants. Smiley Cookie Decorating Station near Starbucks. Fireworks at 9:45 p.m.

Dormont: "Dormont Day" - activities throughout day at Dormont Park main pavilion and pool lot

Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival: Twin Lakes Park in Hempfield Township. Food, crafts, entertainment and activities. 724-834-7474 or www.artsandheritage.com

California Celebration will be centered at Roadman Park on Route 88 next to California University of Pennsylvania's Adamson Stadium. Hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Admission is free. Visitors may bring picnics or purchase food and nonalcoholic beverages at the concession stand. Rock and blues music begins at 7 p.m. with Brother Jeep and the M.V. Express. Fireworks are scheduled for dusk, accompanied by patriotic songs by Brother Jeep. Information: 724-938-4155.

Cranberry: Red, White, and Blue Beach Bash (July 3) at Cranberry Waterpark

Carnegie Science Center: VIP events beginning at 6 p.m. with picnic foods, beer, wine, party on rooftop observatory with music and views of the fireworks. 412-237-1637 or www.CarnegieScienceCenter.org

Monroeville: Parade 10 a.m. from Miracle Mile Shopping Center to Monroeville Mall parking lot

Brentwood: Firecracker 5-K Run at 9 a.m., beginning and ending at Brentwood Towne Square on Brownsville Road. 412-882-5694

Canonsburg: family entertainment from 10 a.m to 10 p.m. on Pike Street

Latrobe: Parade 10:30 a.m. through downtown Latrobe. Midway concession stands open at noon in Legion Keener Park.

Green Tree: Music and DJ, face painting, raffles, games and prizes at Green Tree Pool, starting at noon

Hampton: Independence Day Community Celebration, July 3-4 at Hampton Community Park. Fireworks both days, games, activities, etc. Details: 412-486-0400 or www.hampton-pa.org
